Please note that flights are on a Non Commercial Basis and the pilot who receives no reward for carrying out the flight is not a commercial pilot.  The flight is operated under the cost share basis.   The Flight voucher covers the Flight, the daily membership charge of the airfield, a Three Camera Edited Video, a collection of digital photographs and some merchandise as a souvenir.

• Vouchers cannot be transferred and have no redeemable value after the expiry date. 
• Vouchers expire 90 days after purchase date.

All flights will take place from Ludham Airfield and can only be carried out in suitable and safe conditions.

Please confirm your flight by sms so that  have your contact number which can be used in the event of bad weather or any last minute changes.

The pilot may amend or cancel the flight for any reason, including at short notice and is under no obligation to complete it.

Passengers are not taking part in a commercial flight but in a leisure flight with a private pilot. The pilot has a duty not to undertake flight if the conditions are not suitable.

The flight is made by private arrangements and is not conducted in accordance with commercial air transport or, where appropriate, public transport rules.
